In light of the current regional situation and in line with national
safety guidance advice, BLS visa application center in Doha will be closed for visa
applications, and all the scheduled appointments will be rescheduled to a later date.
The Embassy of Spain is taking an extraordinary measure to return passports to their
respective holders. This is a temporary measure that is being implemented in the interest of
the applicants until normal operations resume. Please visit BLS office starting tomorrow the
4th March 2026 from 9 AM to 3 PM to collect your passports.
Due to the regional situation and security concerns the Spain visa
application center in Doha will be closed on the 2nd March 2026, and all the scheduled
appointments for this date will be rescheduled to a later date. Please look at this space
for further updates.
Our office working hours are as follows:
Business Hours: (Sunday to Thursday)– 08.30hrs to 16.30hrs
Passport Collection Time: 15:00hrs to 16.30hrs (Sunday to Thursday)
Call center timings: 09:00hrs to 16.30hrs (Sunday to Thursday)
Please be advised that the BLS Service fee must be paid online in advance to
book / confirm the appointment. The payment made for booking appointment is
non-refundable. Fees paid for any additional value added services at the time of
booking the appointment, will be Non-refundable in the event of No-show or
Cancellation of the appointment”
1. DO NOT FALL INTO FRAUD AND BEWARE OF SCAMS !
As a responsible service provider, BLS makes every effort to inform applicants to be
wary of
fraudulent intermediaries who may be charging fees from applicants for appointment bookings. BLS
International advises visa applicants to exercise caution and vigilance and take note of below
points:
a. Appointments for submission of Visa application must be booked exclusively
through the BLS
website.
b. Appointment checklist and application form are available free of cost at Spain
Visa
Application Centre. You can also download the forms from here.
c. Please be cautious of intermediaries selling visa appointments under the name of
BLS
International or individually outside our center.
d. Please refrain from purchasing appointments through a third party: this is a
fraudulent
practice that BLS International strongly condemns.
e. BLS employees never ask visa applicants to make cash payments or any other form
of payment to
obtain an appointment, expedite the visa application process, secure an earlier appointment, or
influence decision-making for issuance of Visa.
f. Please refer to the BLS website for authorized service fees payable to BLS
International.
g. Applicants must collect the receipt for payments they have made to BLS for
optional
value-added services available at our center. Please write to
feedback.ge@blsinternational.com, in case you do not receive a valid receipt for any
payments made to BLS staff during submission of your Visa application.
h. We do not recommend any direct payments into personal bank accounts in lieu of the services.
If you receive such a request (in writing or verbally), please report it immediately on
antifraud@blsinternational.com. We encourage you to provide maximum information as may deem
relevant to you including date, time, location, appearance of the staff/person,
communication details etc.
2. VISA APPLICATION SUBMISSION TIMELINES AS ON JUNE 11, 2024:
a. Tourist Visa: Application can be submitted up to 6 months in advance.
b. Study Visa: Application must apply a minimum of 30 days before the start
of Applicant’s
studies in Spain.
c. Seafarers: The application can be submitted up to 9 months in advance.
3. VISA APPLICATIONS BY EU FAMILY MEMBERS: EU family members have the right
to go directly
to the Consulate to manage their visa.
4. VISA FEE AS ON JUNE 11, 2024:
a. Above 12 years of Age : 90 EUROS
b. 6 to 11 years of Age : 45 EUROS
c. Children under 6 years Age : Free of charge

BLS Spain Visa Application Centre does not provide any other services apart from reception and
processing of Spanish visa applications as authorized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Spain.
Please note that the grant or refusal of the visa is at the sole discretion of the
Embassy.
